Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LocalRankReply (the "Service"), operated by LocalRankReply ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, connecting a Google Business Profile, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the Service.

LocalRankReply connects to your Google Business Profile and drafts replies to customer reviews using AI, based on the tone, signature, and business name you configure. You review each draft and choose to publish it, edit it first, or turn on automatic posting for four and five star reviews. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we'll try to give you notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.

To use the Service you must sign in with a Google account and grant LocalRankReply access to your Google Business Profile through Google's OAuth flow. We request only the scopes needed to read your reviews and publish replies on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings or by disconnecting inside LocalRankReply, and your use of the Service ends when access is revoked. Our access to and use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, as described further in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account used to sign in, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello@localrankreply.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

LocalRankReply offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change our pricing with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Replies drafted by LocalRankReply are generated by AI based on the review text and the settings you provide. They're a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy, tone, or appropriateness for every situation. You're solely responsible for any reply published to your Google Business Profile, whether you edit it, approve it as written, or allow it to publish automatically through the auto-post setting. We recommend reviewing auto-posted replies periodically and adjusting your tone and signature settings as needed.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post replies that are unlawful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent
• Attempt to access another business's account, reviews, or settings
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service or its underlying systems
• Use the Service in a way that violates Google's own policies for Business Profiles
• Use automated means to access the Service outside of the interfaces we provide

The Service, including its design, code, and underlying technology, belongs to LocalRankReply and our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You retain ownership of your review content and any reply text you write or edit; you grant us the license needed to process that content in order to provide the Service, including generating and publishing drafts on your behalf.

The Service depends on Google's APIs and infrastructure to read reviews and publish replies. We're not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data made unavailable by Google or other third parties outside our control. Your use of Google Business Profile remains subject to Google's own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-drafted replies will always be accurate or suitable for every review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalRankReply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the Service and disconnect your Google account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to LocalRankReply as the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
