This Privacy Policy explains what information LocalRankReply collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the LocalRankReply website and dashboard (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

• Google account information: your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Google.
• Google Business Profile data: your location details and review data (reviewer name, star rating, comment, and timestamps), retrieved through the Google Business Profile API so we can display reviews and draft replies for you.
• Settings you provide: tone, signature, business name override, and auto-post preferences.
• Usage data: pages visited and actions taken in the dashboard, collected to keep the Service reliable and to improve it.
• Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers ourselves.

• To operate the Service: sync reviews, generate drafts, and publish replies you approve
• To authenticate you through Google sign-in
• To bill your subscription and manage your plan
• To communicate with you about your account or changes to the Service
• To monitor and improve the reliability and performance of the Service
• To comply with legal obligations

LocalRankReply's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Business Profile data only to provide and improve the review-reply features described in this Policy, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Signing in sets a session cookie on the localrankreply.com domain, marked Secure and SameSite=Lax, so your dashboard stays signed in across requests. We don't use the session cookie for advertising or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics cookies in the future, we'll update this policy first.

We don't sell your information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, payment processing, and email delivery, bound by confidentiality obligations
• With Google, to the extent necessary to read reviews and publish replies you've approved
• If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of LocalRankReply or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we'll notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy

We retain your account and review data for as long as your account is active, so drafts and reply history remain useful to you. If you delete your account or disconnect your Google Business Profile, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep it longer for legal, tax, or security reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can disconnect your Google account at any time to stop future syncing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@localrankreply.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. These rights include any rights available to you under the data protection law that applies in your jurisdiction.

We may process and store information in countries other than the one you live in. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a level of protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app.
